MyFlex signed the largest serviced office deal in Sofia

We are happy to announce that MyFlex signed the largest serviced office contract to date in Sofia. One of the leading banking institutions in Bulgaria chose to use MyFlex office space services in Megapark Business Center. The reason for signing the contract is the ongoing renovation of the bank’s headquarters and the need for additional spaces for their employees. The leased office has an area of over 3,000 sqm and includes about 300 workstations.

Being appointed from a corporate tenant with high requirements, looking for the best way to provide amenities and suitable working environment for their employees is a great recognition.
