In just over a year, their team in Sofia scaled from its first local hire to over 40 employees — and their office space evolved accordingly. Tell us more about euNetworks – what is your business focus, and what brought you to the Bulgarian market?
euNetworks Services BG EOOD is a European company specializing in connectivity infrastructure — we build and operate our own fiber networks that enable high-speed data transfer between key European cities and data centers.
Our focus is on high-capacity, low-latency solutions — our services include broadband optical transmission, Ethernet, and cloud connectivity, which form the foundation of Europe’s digital ecosystems.
The decision of euNetworks Services BG EOOD to enter the Bulgarian market was a natural step in the company’s development. Opening a service center in Sofia was a strategic move, as the city offers highly skilled professionals whose expertise aligns with euNetworks’ operations.
What were your initial needs when starting operations here, and how did you decide what type of office space you required?
When we were considering opening an office in Bulgaria, Megapark stood out as an attractive option.

At first, the team was small, using only part of the available workstations.
As the team expanded, additional desks were added, and later a second office within the coworking center was rented.
A year later, the company already had over 40 employees and moved into its own floor – a managed office that provides space and amenities for the entire team.

How did you come to the decision to move into your own managed office, and how did that transition go?
In just over a year, the team grew to more than 40 people, which made the transition to a managed office a natural step.

The new office is comfortable and functional, with both individual workstations and collaboration areas that facilitate daily operations.

Even though you’re now in a private space, you’re still part of the MyFlex community. What does that bring to your team?
Absolutely! The team still has access to the shared areas of MyFlex Coworking and takes part in the events organized by MyFlex.
This not only strengthens team spirit but also creates opportunities for social interaction and variety in the workday.
